Knowledge Finance was created in 2019 by The Higher Education Loan Authority of the state of Missouri and is a tax-exempt, nonprofit, 501(c)(3) corporation. As Knowledge Finance headquarters is located in Chesterfield Missouri, our mission is to provide support to the Missouri Scholarship & Loan Foundation, a tax-exempt, nonprofit, 501(c)(3) corporation.

We are dedicated to providing world-class customer service for students of higher education with repayment obligations. As your knowledgeable and professional go-to resource for account information and repayment options, we provide the tools and solutions through informative interactions to help you successfully repay your Lender Agreement.

As your servicer for Lender Agreements we will work closely with you to provide you with easy methods to report income changes to adjust your monthly obligation to reflect your current earned income and repayment options including:

• Auto Debit for monthly payments.

• Forbearance and deferral options if you are experiencing hardship or difficulty making your expected monthly payment amount.

• The ability to apply overpayment of annual payment obligations to future bills due.

• For underpayment of annual payment obligations the ability to pay in lump sum, amortize over your next annual obligation, or defer underpayment if you qualify for a $0 monthly obligation based on your earned income.
