Based on where you are in the life cycle (in school, in grace, or in repayment) of your Income Share Agreement, we will communicate with you about what actions you may need to take or information you should be aware of to successfully manage your account. It is important to keep up to date on your account status and provide timely notifications of any change to your income.

Servicing Information to Know

We are dedicated to providing full access to all resources to ensure your servicing experience is exceptional. We encourage you to set up a web account for 24-hour access to account information and management. To receive correspondence quickly and easily you can sign up for Paperless communication. When a document or monthly statement has been generated, an email will be sent advising to login to your web account. You can view your documents via "My Messages".

Communications you should expect to receive for your Stride Income Share Agreement include, but are not limited to:

• Notifications - Notification of account status changes based on your enrollment as reported by your school.

• Repayment Schedule - A schedule informing you of the monthly payment amount as calculated based on your reported income and income share percentage.

• Monthly Statements - A monthly statement will be sent via mail or Paperless communication. The Monthly Statement includes your past due amount and fees assessed, if applicable, current amount due, and total amount due.

• Annual Reconciliation Statement - Provides a summary of your annual payment obligation and payments made in the calendar year prior along with notification of underpayment due or overpayment made.
