Mr. Perry joined MOHELA in 2013 holding positions as a VIP Customer Advocate, New Hire Trainer and Loan Servicing Supervisor providing experience in federal and private loans. Most recently, Mr. Perry joined Knowledge Finance as the Manager of Business and Data Analytics. With his focus on Computer Science and Data Analytics along with his prior experience in operational and program management as well as reporting and development experience Mr. Perry will be a strong asset in ensuring program compliance, development of custom reporting, and workflow process automation for successful portfolio management. With the unique combination of operational background and data analysis skill, Mr. Perry specializes in data driven solutions for operational needs and is excited to bring his experience to Knowledge Finance supporting customer and client satisfaction.
